Victorian Paper Company was founded in 1987 by Melissa and
Randy Rolston in Dallas, Texas. With modest origins as a home based business
marketing nostalgic birth announcements, the company has averaged growth
of over 30% annually with a posting of 14 consecutive years of profits,
currently operates a distribution and order fulfillment center in Lenexa,
Kansas (Kansas City) with a staff of over 60 employees in three divisions.
Our Victorian Greetings division is one of the leading manufacturers/licensors
of fine art greeting cards in the U.S. The Victorian-themed fine correspondence
papers, greeting cards, stickers, and imported gift items are represented
in all of the major gift markets selling to over 6,000 gift stores and museum
shops throughout North America and Japan. Victorian Papers division prints
in-house over 20 million business/calling cards annually, with an offering
of corporate greeting cards as well. The third division Victorian Trading
Co. imports and distributes gift & home products through a direct mail catalog
and the Internet.

Victorian Paper Company is dedicated to the creation & demonstration
of a new corporate concept of linked prosperity. Our mission consists of
three interrelated parts.
Product
To make, import, distribute and sell the finest quality paper products,
reproduction gift items and home accessories.
Economic
To operate the Company on a sound financial basis of profitable growth,
increasing value for our shareholders, and creating career opportunities
and financial rewards for our employees.
Social
To operate the Company in a way that actively recognizes the central
role that business plays in the structure of society by initiating innovative
ways to improve the quality of life of a broad community - donating 10%
of our net profits to local and national charities.
Underlying the mission of Victorian Paper Company is the determination
to seek new & creative ways of addressing all three parts, while holding
a deep respect for individuals inside and outside the Company and for the
communities of which they are a part.
